If you do not love Storkling, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your first order. No need to return the product.
How It Works
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@storkling.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a brief note about your experience so we can continue improving
- Once approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment method

- This guarantee applies to first-time customers only
- Limited to one unit per customer or household
- The 30 day guarantee period begins on the date your order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds apply only to the initial purchase covered by this guarantee and do not apply to recurring subscription shipments after the first order
- Subscription orders must be canceled before the next billing date to avoid future charges
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@storkling.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no additional cost.
